Our she:works academy offers a special educational and advisory program for women from midlife onwards – the SilverGirls. We support women aged 50+ from various professional fields, employment levels and employment relationships, as well as those in transition from working life to retirement.
Our focus is on comprehensive support for desired changes or reorientation in your career in terms of content, position and scope. We also support women in our target group who are in employment after the statutory retirement age or who wish to work during retirement.

- Digi & Coffee: A simple introduction to computer operation, from Word and Excel to the creation of e-mail accounts and PDFs.
- Digi & Coffee Plus: Play around with IT and programming if you want to find out more.
- Expert talk: Together with experts, we discuss specific topics and expand our personal network in a relaxed atmosphere.

Every Friday from 08:00 – 11:00 – here you can work with a she:works career center advisor on your career goals, use IT resources, scan, print, do research, apply for jobs or simply find out about the other services offered by the she:works career center.
