Competence is developed in our personal lives by overcoming daily challenges and growing in our social roles and activities. We acquire much of this “informally” in the course of our professional and private lives.
With our coaching you develop your personal skills profile – a unique description of your individual skills and mix of competencies. You become aware of the strengths you have gained through your previous experience.
The clarity you gain about your potential strengthens you for professional challenges and provides orientation for your further professional development.
Our coaching comprises 6-8 sessions of 50 minutes each.
Consultant
Our counselor Birgit Ellinger, MSc, social and professional educator, life and social counselor, certified and registered mediator, will accompany you on this path.
Location and online options
Our consultations take place both in person at our premises at Fröbelstraße 16, 4020 Linz, and online.
Costs and appointments
