Professional and career planning for job-seeking women
The she:works career center or Frauenberufszentrum (FBZ) advises women on all issues relating to jobs and training. Here, new perspectives are developed and realized in order to implement a long-term and satisfactory solution.
Unemployed women are advised and receive extensive information here:
- Thematic workshops serve to strengthen skills and talents and expand knowledge: Application management, skills workshop, goal setting, training workshop, digital skills, communication, women in focus, fit & vital, process understanding, active group
- In weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, the focus is on individual questions and concerns in order to get actively closer to your own career aspirations.
Focus: Green Jobs and FiT - Women in Technology
Perspectives and approaches with regard to career planning and qualifications in technical and technological professions and green jobs in five future-oriented sectors. Information on green professions from solar technician to forestry educator as well as excursions to companies from various sectors and discussions with experts round off the program.

Open space - an offer for all women
Every Friday from 08:00 – 11:00 – here you can work with a she:works career center advisor on your career goals, use IT resources, scan, print, do research, apply for jobs… or simply find out about the other services offered by the she:works career center.

aktivFrau for women from all over the world who would like to meet and exchange ideas and are looking for information, e.g. on childcare.
Digi & Coffee a very simple introduction to using the computer: Word, Excel, creating an e-mail account, creating PDFs and much more.
Digi & Coffee Plus for interested women who want to get to know and try out the world of IT and programming in a fun way.
Expert talk Specific topics are addressed and discussed together with experts, and there is always room to expand personal networks in a relaxed atmosphere.
