AQUA – Workplace-related qualification for all genders (m/f/d)

With the AQUA programme, you increase your chances on the job market by obtaining certified training. A customised training plan guarantees a theoretical and practical qualification tailored to your needs. Advantages

Training and further education
Targeted, individualised training and further education as well as the opportunity to catch up on the final apprenticeship examination.
Shortened training period
The apprenticeship qualification can be achieved in half the usual time.
Assumption of costs
The training costs are covered by the company.
Career opportunities
After completing the qualification programme, you have a demonstrably higher chance of finding a secure job in a permanent position quickly and in the long term with the profession you have learned or the higher qualification.
Financial support
Livelihood security through the AMS plus EUR 200 qualification subsidy from the province of Upper Austria and a flat-rate reimbursement of ancillary costs of around EUR 60 per month from the AMS). In addition, a monthly education bonus of approx. 120 € is due (only for unemployment benefit/emergency assistance).

Prerequisites

Age and employment
You are over 18 years old and registered with the AMS as a jobseeker (regardless of whether you are entitled to insurance benefits).
Employment history
In the last 52 weeks, you have not been employed for more than 92 consecutive days as a permanent or leased employee at the training company.
Interest in
You are interested in initial and further training that is in demand on the labour market (higher qualification) and have a specific training need (lack of completed training, further training without age limit, apprenticeship training for adults, retraining due to work-related illness).
Authorisation
The AMS approves the AQUA training programme.
Time required for theory and practice
at least 25h/week to full-time.
